Job Description: Fabec is currently looking for an Office Secretary to be located in
Sumbawanga sub-office to join our project team involved in various road construction projects. The job of the Office Secretary shall include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, assist in preparing tender documents and reports
  • Filing, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases and prioritizing workloads
  • Coordinate with relevant companies and clients
  • Work closely with Fabec Headquarters to assist in processing invoices or expenses
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Qualifications and Experience required
  • Applicants should have either GCE, A level or Certificate in Secretarial duties,
  • Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage,
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • At least two years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
